Can I return my shirt?
Every item is made just for you. We are doing everything we can here to minimize waste, so we need you to be thoughtful and look at the size chart carefully before ordering. That being said, we want you to love your order and we will take returns and issue you store credit if you somehow don’t.
Should your order arrive damaged or not of satisfying quality we will of course send you a replacement order.
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via email at email@example.com or our contact page to initiate a return/exchange. Please include your order number and product images.
Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your packing slip with the return. The buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item is damaged or defective.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. All orders are processed in Europe and will take anywhere from 5-15 business days to arrive, depending on your location. You will be able to track your order all along the way, so hopefully less panic.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship everywhere for a fair shipping fee and you’ll be able to track your package all the way. However, some countries don't support tracking: delivery to New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna and Clipperton will still be without tracking.
Are you environmentally responsible?
We are as earth friendly as possible. We only print on organic or recycled fabrics. And all orders are shipped in carton boxes - plastic free. It’s also important to us that humans work under fair conditions and are treated with respect, and that no animals are harmed.
Yeah but what about certificates, so I know you're not just saying that?
When we picked the apparel partner, we were looking for the same things, so we are happy to let you know that all apparel you find in this shop has the world's most recognized leading certificationa you can have in organic manufacturing.
But what about sustainability? We all know that the clothing industry wastes tons.
We strive to avoid all waste, which is why our products are made to order. Basically, we don’t produce it until you place an order for it.That adds 1-3 days to the delivery, but it makes us feel better and hopefully you are okay with that.
Cancel or change my order?
Order changes and cancellations are only accepted within the first 24 hours. If you’d like to change the size, colour or shipping address, please send us an email as soon as possible within 24 hours.
Can you help me with my own customized shirt?
Yes, we do customized shirts and mugs and can help you out.

What payment methods do you accept?
Slap Me! shop accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal for your convenience.
What are the care and washing instructions for your apparel?
Washing instructions are written on the label of each style of apparel. In order to remain environmentally friendly, we recommend you wash your clothes inside out at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees and that you do not use a dryer.
What about coupons and discount codes?
If you have a code, enter it at checkout and the price will update automatically.
Delivered - but not delivered?
All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact couriers or visit your local post office to investigate this issue.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the box has been delivered to your order address.
